On January 1, 2012 the position of Deputy Director General for Human Resources and Ideological Work was introduced. Svetlana Yurkevich was appointed as Deputy Director General.
Deputy Director General for Human Resources and Ideological Work manages issues of a single human resources policy. Within its competence – human resources management, control of the compliance with labor legislation and labor discipline, observance of the rights, privileges and guaranties of personnel of the enterprise, cultural and educational, ideological, social and political activity of the enterprise.
Svetlana Yurkevich has been working in the telecommunications branch since 1999: she worked as an economist in Mink Branch of Beltelecom. In 2002 she started her work at Head office of Beltelecom in the position of economist. In 2005 Svetlana Yurkevich was assigned as Head of Labor and Wages division of Forecast and Economic Analysis Department. From April 1, 2008 till January 1, 2012 – Head Forecast and Economic Analysis Department.
Svetlana Yurkevich was born in 1976 in Minsk. In 1999 she graduated from Higher State Colledge of Communications and in 2008 from Academy of Public Administration under the aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus.

Andrei Soborov was born on June 14, 1977 in Vileika, Minsk region. In 1999 he graduated from Belarusian State Institute of Informatics and Radio electronics with a specialization in Telecommunications systems. From 1999 till 2001 he worked as a marketing specialist, Marketing department of Beltelecom. In 2001-2005 years – a leading specialist, Telecommunications department of the Ministry of communications and informatization of the Republic of Belarus. In 2005-2006 – General Director of private unitary enterprise Telemix. From 2006 till December 10, 2009 – General Director of LLC JV BelSel. From January 21, 2010 till January 20, 2012 - Deputy Director General for Commercial Issues of RUE Beltelecom.
