Director General

Born in the village Rakovichi, Nesvizh district, Minsk region in 1961. Graduated from the Moscow Institute of Telecommunications in 1989, the Academy of Management under the President of the Republic of Belarus in 2001.

Began his career in 1979 as an electrician of the third category at the Molodechno Maintenance Engineering Communication Node. From 1982 to 1993 worked his way from a communication electrician to a lead engineer of the communication division of the Minsk Regional Engineering Communications Department. In 1993-2004 worked as the deputy head of the communication division, later as the Chief Engineer at Minskobltelecom. From 2004 worked as the Chief Engineer at the Minsk Branch of RUE Beltelecom, later headed it in 2005. As of June 2019 works as the Director General of RUE Beltelecom.

Manages the activities of the Republican Unitary Telecommunication Enterprise Beltelecom on the basis of the Charter. Coordinates work on issues relating accounting, production and economic, auditing, international activities, regulatory support of the enterprise. Coordinates the activities of the enterprise in the field of public relations. Determines the priority directions of production resources development as an integral part of the company's strategy.
