Other Beltelecom packages and Instruction on the procedure for applying tariffs for telecommunication service packages

Beltelecom service packages are provided on the following conditions:

• connection to service packages means connecting and paying for all services included in the package;
• when connected to a service package, the subscriber is provided with the necessary equipment;
• you can pay for service packages using any of the methods specified on;
• only those subscribers who have a subscription to the right to use a subscriber number of a local telephone network (that is, those to whom the telephone is registered) can subscribe to a service package that includes telephony services;
• the connection of service packages is subject to technical availability;
• the “Expres” and “Super Express” packages are available only to GPON access network subscribers;
• “Universal” package is not provided to IMS network subscribers;
• in case of non-payment (or incomplete payment) of the package price, access to the services included in the package is temporarily suspended. Therefore, the guarantee of uninterrupted provision of services as part of the package is timely payment.
• New subscribers are not connected to the “Optimum Plus”, “Universal” and “Express Light” telecommunication service packages as of October 10, 2016.
• when providing long distance communication services as part of a package, in addition to long distance minutes, the same number of local calls are spent, including the amount included in the package.
