Andrey Zalivko

Deputy Director General for Human Resources, Security and Regime

Born in 1971 in the city of Minsk. Graduated from the Belarusian State Polytechnic Academy in 1995, the Academy of Public Administration under the aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus in 2017.

He began his professional career in 1989 in the mechanical workshop of the Minsk Production Association for the production of automatic lines named after 60th anniversary of the Great October Revolution. Then he worked as a technician-technologist at the Scientific Research Technological Institute of Optical Machine Tool Building and Vacuum Technology. In 1995–2021 he was in military service. In July 2021, he was appointed to the position of the Deputy Director General for Human Resources, Security and Regime of RUE Beltelecom.

Organizes the implementation of the state personnel policy and personnel strategy of the enterprise. Carries out management and control of the activities of the structural divisions of the enterprise responsible for ensuring security measures, including physical protection, information and personal security, protection of state secrets; for the prevention and elimination of emergency situations, civil defense, mobilization preparation and mobilization readiness of the enterprise.
