Dear subscribers!
Hereby inform that as of 01.03.2025 RUE Beltelecom changes the procedure for providing documents confirming the provision of advance services.
The following changes are made to the current Agreements/Annexes on provision of services by prepayment (advance payment):
1) Instead of the previously sent on paper certificate of work performed (services rendered), Subscribers will be provided with a individually drawn up Certificate of Services Rendered;
2) The Certificate of Services Rendered will be provided to the e-mail address specified in the Agreement/Annex on the provision of services with an electronic graphic signature (scanned image).
3) The Subscriber is obliged to inform the Operator the e-mail address to which the Certificate of Services Rendered will be provided.
The Subscriber who made an advance payment and used the Service after the official publication of this Offer accepts its terms and agrees to the amendments to its Agreement(s)/Annex(es) on the provision of services by prepayment (advance payment).
In case of disagreement with the terms of this offer, the Subscriber has the right to contact the Operator's sales service (at the place where the Agreement/Annex on the provision of services was concluded) to settle contractual relations.
In case of failure to receive the monthly Certificate of Services Rendered, the Subscriber shall contact the Operator's sales service at the place where the Agreement/Annex on the provision of services was concluded to clarify the email address.
