The year 2022 ends with an important event: on December 27, the national telecommunications operator Beltelecom and the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics signed a cooperation agreement. The document was signed by the General Director of the enterprise Yuri Petruchenya and the Rector of the University Vadim Bogush. The parties agreed on long-term cooperation in the field of modern information technologies.
Both partners are leaders in their field and are interested in jointly building up innovative potential. The agreement will strengthen positions in such promising areas as training, retraining and advanced training of specialists, joint implementation of research and scientific and technical developments, integration of modern information and telecommunication technologies into the education system, etc. To achieve the goals set, it is planned to use the experience, potential and infrastructure of the parties.

– Today a new page of cooperation between Beltelecom and BSUIR is opened. By combining our intellectual and production resources, we will be able to jointly implement effective digital solutions. Using the accumulated expertise of the specialists of Beltelecom, as well as the great scientific potential of the leading university, attracting experienced professors and a community of students, we plan to create new experimental platforms for joint initiatives. The cooperation of the telecommunications operator with educational institutions has a long history. In 2022, the operator signed the agreements with the Belarusian State Academy of Telecommunications, the Belarusian National Technical University and other educational institutions.
