Andrei Romualdovich Zharkevich was born on March 31, 1979 in the village of Vishnevo, Volozhin district, Minsk region. In 2010 he graduated from the Higher State College of Communications, in 2012 - from the Academy of Public Administration under the aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus. He began his career as an electrician of the fourth category of the brigade for overhaul and current repair of line-cable structures of the Minsk regional telecommunication workshop of Minskobltelecom. Having passed the steps of the professional ladder, in 2015 he became the head of the Minsk regional telecommunication workshop. In 2019–2021 - Director of the Minsk branch of RUE Beltelecom. He is a deputy of the Minsk District Council of Deputies of the 28th convocation.
Also, by order of the General Director of RUE Beltelecom, Vladimir Chugunov was appointed as head of production at Minsk Telephone and Telegraph Station.
Vladimir Grigorievich Chugunov was born in the village of Polyaninovichi, Bykhov district, Mogilev region on September 9, 1962. In 1995 he graduated from the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics. He worked as the head of the Krupsky, then the Smolevichi telecommunication centers of the Minsk branch of RUE Beltelecom. He is a deputy of the Krupskiy District Council of Deputies of the 28th convocation.
