Provision of channels and paths for use

RUE “Beltelecom” provides for use channels and paths throughout the territory of the Republic of Belarus. This service ensures constant fast information exchange. Due to the extensive network, RUE “Beltelecom” can interconnect geographically remote offices (units) of the enterprise into a single secure corporate network.
The service "Provision of channels and paths for use" will allow you to organize reliable communication between computer and information networks throughout the Republic of Belarus. Moreover, the service can be used by telecommunication network operators and large corporations in the construction of their own telecommunication networks.

  1. If several channels are organized simultaneously within the framework of one agreement, organization of the second and subsequent channels is charged at the rate stipulated by clause 2.2.1 with a coefficient of 0.8.      
  2. In case of an urgent order for the channel organization triple rate shall be charged      
  3. In case of preparing, switching on and off organized channels, the fee is charged at the rate stipulated by clause 2.2.1 with a coefficient of 0.2      
  4. In case of changing the capacity of channels provided for use, the fee is charged at the rate stipulated by clause 2.2.1 with a coefficient of 0.4.      
2.2.2 Provision of digital channels for use with analog termination of long-distance and zone telephone networks, for each complete or incomplete hour:

Organization of a temporary channel for prvision a television signal, for the service

Note.

  1. The fee established by clause 2.3.6 is charged for the organization of a temporary communication channel between the customer’s mobile television station and Beltelecom communications output at the facility from which the television is broadcasted.
  2. Temporary organization of the channel is the organization for a period not exceeding one day.
  3. In case of urgent channel organization, the fee for position 2.3.6 is charged with a coefficient of 3.
  4. When organizing a channel in places where there are no input points for communications of RUE Beltelecom, a fee is charged on a contractual basis.
