Note

1.

Fee for international digital leased circuits is charged according to the tariffs depending on the customer’s location, circuit direction and speed.

2.

In case of lease of international circuits with analog terminal equipment, the fee is charged according to the tariffs for international digital leased circuit with a speed of 64 kbps.

3.

In case of lease of international telegraph circuits, the fee is charged according to the tariffs for international digital leased circuit with a speed of 64 kbps (p. 1.1, 2.1) using decreasing coefficients (ITU Recommendations D.3 and D.20) depending on speed: 50 Baud - 0.25; 100 Baud - 0.3; 200 Baud - 0.4.

4.

The fee for leased circuit includes all costs associated with the lease and maintenance of the cross-connector port and modems.

5.

In accordance with the applicable law, the tariffs are set excluding value added tax (VAT). VAT is charged according to the law.

6.

International private leased circuit service may be provided for a period of less than one month.

When calculating the term one day means a period of 24 hours.

The term for use from the moment the circuit becomes available until the moment it is taken out of service should be multiple of 24 hours. If the number of days received in this way contains less than 24 hours, then it should be rounded to the next integer. In this case, the fee is calculated as follows:

a) for the first day: 20 percent of the monthly fee;

b) for each subsequent day, starting from the second day: 3.33 percent (1/30) of the monthly fee. The total amount for the month due should not exceed the amount of the monthly fee.

7.

Over 2 mbps - contractual prices are applied.
