For a significant contribution to the development of the communications industry and information and communication technologies at the national and international levels, the team of RUE Beltelecom was honored the award of the Regional Commonwealth in the Field of Communications (RCC).
RUE Beltelecom is a key participant in the Regional Commonwealth in the Field of Communications, taking an active part in the work of the Telecommunications and Infocommunication Operators Board (TIOB) and its various Working Bodies.
In accordance with the decision of the RCC Board dated June 5, 2026 (No. 65/32-25), the team of RUE Beltelecom has been awarded the Certificate of Honor of the Regional Commonwealth in the Field of Communications.
The Regional Commonwealth in the fields of Communications was established on December 17, 1991, in Moscow by the Communications Administrations of 11 countries with the aim of cooperating and implementing coordinated actions among these states in the field of electric and postal communications. The RCC is an international organization with the functions of the CIS interstate coordinating body in the field of electric and postal communications. It has the observer status in the International Telecommunication Union and the Universal Postal Union, and also interacts with other international and regional organizations. The supreme bodies of the RCC are the Council of Heads of RCC Communications Administrations and the Coordination Council of the CIS Member States on Informatization under the RCC.
